Feeling anxious before taking an important test is natural and to some degree, desirable.  As teachers, you see this daily in your classroom with your students.  While some students breeze through exams, others let their anxiety get in the way of doing their very best.  Both groups studied and prepared.  So, what is the difference between these two groups and how can this help you as you prepare for your own test taking?  To support you as you approach your exam, NBPS is offering a seminar that will cover:

  • The common denominator behind all anxiety
  • What every athlete, public speaker and performer learns early in their career
  • Making the most of studying- the key to enhancing memory
  • How to tap into your own natural resilience and expand your capacity

 Presenter:

Katie Gilfeather, LICSW, CEAP from Outlook EAP, is a frequent presenter on mental health, resilience and peak performance.
