Feeling anxious before taking an important test is natural and to some degree, desirable. As teachers, you see this daily in your classroom with your students. While some students breeze through exams, others let their anxiety get in the way of doing their very best. Both groups studied and prepared. So, what is the difference between these two groups and how can this help you as you prepare for your own test taking?
